I'm Briana Brown
I achieved a Bachelor of Arts in English, Creative Writing. With this knowledge at my disposal, I have set out on a mission to share the notion of mindfulness with others through writing. Combining creativity with mindfulness, I aim to inspire readers through my work and bring forth positive change in the minds of those that encounter my poems & stories.
I want to share the unique ability of mindful writing to bring awareness and appreciation to one’s thoughts. By encouraging my students to pause, reflect inward, and find meaningfulness within their lives, I believe writing can make a powerful change in their mental well-being.
